Spring Preview: Anthropologie
I’ve never been big on Anthropologie (save for their drawer pulls; ooh), because I find it a) a bit fussy for my taste, and b) way overpriced for what it is…but the looks have been all over Tumblr these past few weeks, so finally I headed over to the site to look around. Last Night...
…I dreamed that I ate an enormous Belgian waffle topped with a big swirl of chocolate-flavored whipped cream.
And then there was this whole apocalyptic episode where the world exploded and I had to slide down an elevator shaft to escape. But I didn’t escape in the end - I woke up just as the fire reached me.
I liked the part about the waffle better.

Pear & Cream Cheese Turnovers
The best thing about making Pear & Cream Cheese Turnovers on a cold Sunday morning is that your apartment gets all toasty-warm and filled with a delicious, sugary smell for hours afterwards. Serve these alongside some coffee and the Times and…well, it just doesn’t get much better.
